In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on ebobet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ebobet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ebobet and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ebobet Platform and, if you have already registered an account, you should contact support to request closure of your account.
2.4 ebobet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 for the full amendment policy.
3.1 To register and maintain an account on ebobet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.3 ebobet does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
4.1 Each Player may open only one Account on ebobet. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ebobet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must notify ebobet promptly if any of your registered details change. ebobet shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep registration details current.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ebobet immediately at [email protected]. ebobet may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation at its sole discretion.
4.5 ebobet reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where ebobet has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of this agreement have been breached.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the ebobet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed on the ebobet Platform at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated by ebobet from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 ebobet does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ebobet support. ebobet processes withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 5 to 15 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
5.5 ebobet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ebobet may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.
5.6 Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. ebobet does not charge a fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions on its side of the transaction.
6.1 ebobet may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to Players. Each offer will be accompanied by specific terms stating the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry period, and any other applicable conditions.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from the Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using Real Money Balance first, then Bonus Funds, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
6.4 ebobet reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, change its terms, or determine that a Player is ineligible for a promotion at any time and at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers or engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds — will have their bonuses revoked and their Accounts reviewed for suspension.
6.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account rule under Section 4.1.
7.1 All bets placed on ebobet are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are made available on the Platform and Players are advised to review them before placing bets.
7.2 A bet is accepted and binding only when ebobet's system has confirmed the bet with a unique bet reference number. Until such confirmation is issued, no bet is deemed to have been placed.
7.3 ebobet reserves the right to void any bet at any time where: (a) the bet was placed on an event with an obvious pricing error; (b) the result of the event is subject to official investigation or the event was not completed according to official rules; (c) ebobet has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information).
7.4 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ebobet's discretion. Bets already confirmed prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 7.3.
7.5 ebobet sets maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per market, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed on the Platform. ebobet reserves the right to adjust individual Player bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.6 For multi bet (accumulator) bets, all individual selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet will be settled as an accumulator with one fewer selection.
8.1 All casino games offered on the ebobet Platform — including live casino tables, slots, and other games — are provided by third-party game studios. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real physical game elements managed by professional dealers.
8.2 ebobet shall not be liable for any technical failures occurring within a third-party game studio's software that result in a game being interrupted or played incorrectly. In such cases, ebobet will attempt to recover the correct game state and settle the game according to the data held by the game studio's servers, which shall be considered the definitive record.
8.3 Game-specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game studio and are accessible within each game interface. Players are advised to review these before playing.
8.4 ebobet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any game from the Platform without prior notice. Any winnings or bets in progress at the time of removal will be settled according to the data available at that moment.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ebobet Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.2 ebobet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ebobet may withhold pending withdrawals, void affected bets and game results, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.
10.1 All content on the ebobet Platform — including but not limited to the ebobet name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of ebobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the ebobet Platform without the express prior written consent of ebobet.
10.3 Access to the Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of Platform content without authorisation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
11.1 The ebobet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ebobet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, its accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ebobet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; (d) any technical failure of third-party game software.
11.3 ebobet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ebobet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12.1 ebobet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. ebobet encourages all Players to gamble within their means and to treat any losses as the cost of that entertainment.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ebobet operates primarily for the Bangladesh market and applies general principles of international online gaming practice where local law is silent on a specific point.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and ebobet, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by direct negotiation. Players should contact ebobet support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. ebobet will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, ebobet and the Player agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
